We are pleased to announce several recent successes this week in our consumer protection practice.
First, we were able to negotiate a repurchase by Fiat Chrysler of America (FCA US LLC) of a brand new 2016 Ram 3500. The truck was so defective that for the first three months of ownership, it was in the shop for more than 45 days.
Second, we were able to negotiate the repurchase by GM LLC of a brand new 2015 Chevy Cruze that had been out of service for more than 30 days since the consumer bought it.
Third, we negotiated a repurchase of a highly defective 2014 Acura MDX from American Honda Motor Co., Inc.
In both cases, the manufacturers agreed to pay our attorney’s fees and costs, so the consumers owed us nothing.
